Subject:- Family pension- List of documents to be submitted by a claimant member of family (other than spouse) along with Form 10, PPO and death certificate in respect of the deceased pensioner/family pensioner-regarding.



A copy of Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare(DOP&PW)’s O.M. No. 1/16/2011-P&PW(E) dated 20.09.2012 on the above subject is enclosed for information and compliance. These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also DOP&PW’s O.M. dated 08.12.2011 mentioned therein was circulated on the Railways vide letter of even number dated 17.2.2012.
