The best tool I know of to remove the manual hand crank to the windows,
of all items is a dish rag. Yes I sad it... a dish rag. First crank the
window all of the way down, this will add tension for the later steps.
Rap the rag around the handle as close to the door panel as possible.
The rag doesn't need to be rapped 360 degrees around the handle, more
like 180-270. Move the rag back and
