Axor Waterdream by Nendo

Hansgrohe's designer brand, Axor, collaborated with several designers including French Brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, Frenchman Jean-Marie Massaud and Spanish-born Patricia Urquiola in search of the bathroom of the future. How can this area of the home can be reinterpreted into a bathroom solution of the future? Last week the Axor WaterDream project created by Nendo was revealed.

Japanese designer Oki Sato's concept combines two common household objects - the shower and lamp. "My aim was to combine what is most archetypal about the living space, lighting, with water, so as to give the shower and enhanced sensuous dimension in a way we have not yet seen before. The result is something that is not just a shower, nor just a lamp, but a hybrid - a magic trick with light and water that is available day after day."
