There are few possible parts that are to be checked.
If you notice brake grab problem while braking on front wheels,then check Strut Mount.It must be Worn or Broken Strut Mounts.
If you notice brake grab on all tire/wheel area.
Then in that case
Inspect Brake Pad/Shoe.It must be Front/rear Brake Pad/Shoe Contaminated
With Grease or Brake Fluid.Check both front and rear brake pad shoes,
