How to Fixed Unknown CPU detected, Bios Update is Required to Unleash it's Full Power.

BIOS update problem?

One Of My Friend has Encountered an Error After Upgrading his MOBO "P5VD2-VM" Processor From Frequency 2.0 GHz to 3.0 GHz. After Restart, Bios Got error message in first boot "Unknown CPU detected. Bios update is required to unleash its full power.

Press F1 for resume! "

And if he press F1 to resume to enter bios it takes time to load.
