Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Location APPS is located on the injection pump, where the throttle cable
attaches, this is a dealer part and will come with the sensor and the
bracket and the throttle lever.

To replace APPS  you will need to pull the throttle cable off, then
remove the 4 bolts that hold the bracket and sensor to the pump, then
disconnect the sensor and remove it.
