India has successfully chased down a mammoth total of 359 at ease by 8 wicket with overs in hand to spend in a one day international (ODI) cricket match at Jaipur on October 16 against the rival Australia.

This is the highest target score India has chased ever batting second. And it is the second highest total chased successfully in history of world cricket after South Africa has amicably chased a mammoth total of 434 against the same nation Australia and surprisingly balls to spare. South Africa has scored 438 which is the highest total batting second in history of world cricket.

This is the greatest win of India putting them in record book of history of cricket. This match has also some more record like cricketer Virat Kohli who has scored a brilliant gutsy century in just 52 balls to enlist his name as the fastest 100 scorer by an Indian cricket player beating previous record of another great master dasher Virendra Shewag who scored in just 62 balls. The Man of The Match was Rohit Sharma with his sensational knock of 141.

This match shows why India is world champion and positioning number one in world cricket ranking.
