The Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances & Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training), Government of India vide O.M. F.No.12/4/2014-JCA-2 (copy enclosed) has declared Monday, 14th April 2014 as a holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 on account of the birthday of Dr. B R Ambedkar.
