The blower motor on your Mercedes-Benz C-class vehicle is located underneath the dashboard on the passenger side. Once you remove the screws, you can remove the blower motor from the blower unit and install a replacement. Although the blower motor is not necessary for operating your vehicle, it makes driving your C-class vehicle a lot more comfortable in the warmer months. The entire replacement procedure should only take half an hour.

Lift up the hood of the vehicle and use a socket wrench to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
2Open the passenger-side door. Remove the three screws securing the kick panel underneath the glove box. Remove the kick panel.
3Remove the five screws securing the blower to the vehicle.
4Disconnect the blower's electrical connector and remove it from the vehicle.
5Pull the motor from the blower assembly and install a replacement motor.
6Reattach the blower assembly to the vehicle and reinstall the five screws. Reconnect the blower's electrical connector.
7Reattach the kick panel and its screws and reconnect the battery. Close the hood.
