We have just completed a truly exciting project for a wonderful long term client – Converting a Pool House into a state of art entertainment venue located in the grounds of their beautiful country abode set in the stunning Warwickshire landscape.

Our client loves to entertain and felt an entertainment venue would suit their lifestyle rather than a leisure complex.

The conversion included retaining the actual swimming pool which the dance floor now takes pride of place on top of it manufacturing a bar , and creating some of the coolest guest restrooms possibly in the UK which included state of the art Geberit Sigma LED 80 flush plates and Duravit’s Vero series range in statement black including the automatic urinals.

The venue hosted its first function a Valentines Ball  with over one hundred guests, which was an outstanding success and over three thousand pound was raised for a local charity.
