Sub;Select list of section officer Grade for the year 2005 against Examination quota on the basis of COMBINED LIMITED Departmental competitive examination 2005 held by the Union Public Service Commission
The under signed is directed to refer to this departments OMs of even number dated 5-6-2009a nd 9-7-2009
on the subject mentioned above
Consequent upon the judgement of the hon'bleHigh court of Delhi in case no W P (C)NO 4876/2007
The stenographer GRADE C(PA) who qualified Combined Limited departmental Competive Examiinations2005 held by the union pubblic service commission in category 1 ie section officer of CSS are allocated to the cadres where vacancies are available in the Annexture to this OM
2 The cadre units where the officials are presently working are requested to relieve tthe candidates immediately.While relieving it may clearly by indicated that the official are clear from vigilance angle.
3 The candidates included in the select list of 2005 of the section officers grade to the respective cadre units
as in the Annexture to this om may be appointed to the grade immediately subject to being clear from vigilance angle.
4 No correspondence/request either from the individual or ministers/department for retension /change of cadre units etc.for any reason whatsoever letter / correspondence received to such effects shall be deemed as canvassing and the same shall attract administrative/disclipinary action under the relevant rules
5 It may also be brought to notice of all the the officers who figure in the annexure that there appointmet shall be subject to the out come of the case WP.(C)No 13245-60/2005 filed by hhilash chander vs UOI pending in the hon'ble Court Delhiand OA.No 1083/2007&MA No 1171/2007 filed by shri sauranshu sinha vs UOI pending in the Hon'ble CAT Delhi
6The examinations dossiers of the candidates are sent here with for retention as the part of personnel file of the officers concerned .A copy of the of the appointment order may be endorsed to both the UPSC and this department for record.
7 The receipt of the OM along with enclosures may kindly be acknowledged
