Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16 Launched
Drive unparalleled sales, marketing, and service success with Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16. The newest release of Oracle’s software-as-a-service CRM solution includes deeper core CRM capabilities, increased industry-specific functionality, enhanced customization and extensibility, and new ease-of-use features and language support. Organizations gain rapid time to value with an industry-leading SaaS CRM solution that meets their specific business requirements and ensures the highest levels of user adoption, resulting in measurable increases in business effectiveness.

The release also includes eight new languages, for a total of 18, a move that will appeal to multinational companies. New additions are Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Thai and traditional Chinese.

A number of additional on-demand CRM products will soon be available. They include offerings for self-service e-billing and price management, as well as an integration between Oracle CRM On Demand and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
