Apple iPhone 4S Announced : Features, Specifications and Pricing

Apple today announced the the much awaited and anticipated iPhone 4S, which was expected to be the iPhone 5. The design of the iPhone 4S is similar to the iPhone 4 but has many speed improvements due to its  upgraded hardware like the dual core Cortex-A9 CPU which makes it 2x faster than its predecessor, PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU with powerful graphic rendering upto 7x faster than the iPhone 4, 1GB RAM and the 8 Megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording.

The iPhone 4S can be called a hardware upgrade. The iPhone 4S will be available in black and white colors.

• The iPhone 4S will be available for pre-order from the 7th of October 2011 and you can get it on the 14th October 2011. 

• Countries where the iPhone 4S will be available from October 14th: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan.

• 22 more countries will have the iPhone 4S by the 28th of October, sadly the iPhone 4S will arrive late in India by late December, so Indians have to wait till Christmas for the iPhone 4S.
