Rename Multiple Files at Once in less than a Minute?
This trick will guide you to rename a series of similar files or folder at once. This is very useful if you have lots of files especially pictures you downloaded in Facebook with a random name format. you don't need any software to rename your multiple files. just follow the step guide with image figure involve so that you can easily recognize all the files in your folder directory.
Put all the Files you want to Rename in a Single Folder or Simply click Details and click Type to Rearrange all the files in the same file type format. See the image figure.
Select All the File -> or Highlight all the file using shortcut command key (Ctrl + A) -> or Go to Edit Tab and click Select All. See the image figure.
Select any one file in the highlighted list you want to Rename -> Hold Ctrl then Left click or click the First File -> Right Click the file and Select Rename. See the image figure.
Type any name you want for your file then click anywhere to take effect. to see what happen after you rename a file. See the image figure.
See above image; i use the name codecatcher, the first file was named codecatcher and the subsequent files in the series will be named as codecatcher (1), codecatcher (2), codecatcher (3) and so on. thanks guys i hope this tips will lesser your work on renaming multiple files
