How to Remove the Side View Mirror on a Honda S2000

The side mirrors on your Honda S2000 are important for driving the vehicle safely. If they become damaged, you should replace them immediately. It should only take a little more than an hour to replace the mirror.

Instructions

Open the S2000's hood and disconnect the negative battery cable with a socket wrench.

Open the driver's side door and remove the eight screws securing the interior door panel with a Phillips screwdriver. Carefully remove the door panel to access the mirror's bolts.

Remove the three bolts securing the mirror with a socket wrench.

Disconnect the side mirror's electrical wiring connector.

Pull the mirror off the door. Installation is the reverse of assembly.
