Approval of the Hon’ble HRM—cum-Chairman, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is hereby conveyed for the closure of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kudremukh, District Chikamagalur, Karanataka under Project Sector with effect from 01.04.2014 on account of non-compliance of financial commitments by the Sponsoring Authority i.e. Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited as per terms & conditions agreed to at the time of opening of Kendriya Vidyalaya.
The desirous students may be accommodated in nearby Kendriya Vidyalayas as per KVS rules i.e. Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Mangalore and Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Mangalore, Karnataka or any other Kendriya Vidyalaya, as per the request of the Parents/students.
