The Baja Dune 150 is a dune buggy manufactured by Motorsports that is built for off-road excitement. The Dune 150 is powered by a 150cc four-cycle, electric-start engine with automatic drive. The Dune 150 also features four-wheel hydraulic brakes which are powered by a master cylinder on the back of the buggy. The brake-pressure switch is mounted to the master cylinder. Replacing the brake-pressure switch takes approximately 20 minutes.

Remove the Dune 150's spark plug wire from the spark plug. Pull the plug wire from the plug by hand.
2Remove the mounting bolt holding the brake-pressure switch to the side of the master cylinder with an 11 mm socket.
3Unplug the switch's plastic wiring harness by hand.
4Plug the new brake-pressure switch into the plastic wiring harness. Mount the new switch on the side of the brake master cylinder and tighten it down with the 11 mm socket.
5Replace the Dune 150's spark plug wire to the spark plug. Snap it on by hand.
