The year was 1998 and your infatuation with N' Sync prompted you to adorn your car with stickers. You didn't know at the time that your N' Sync infatuation would turn into a guilty pleasure, or that your car would go strong well into the next millennium. Now you have a car with stubborn stickers stuck to your window with age on their side. You've tried everything, but nothing works. Fortunately, you can remove those embarrassing stickers with a few household items.
Instructions
- 1
Soften the sticker glue by heating up the sticker with the hair dryer for at least two minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the sticker.
2Gently scrape the window with the plastic spatula while applying heat with the hair dryer. Continue this process until the bulk of the sticker is removed. The amount of residue left on the window depends on the strength of the sticker and the length of time it was on the window.
3Apply the denatured alcohol to a clean rag to moisten the tip. Scrub the residue left from the sticker with the rag to remove what is left of it.
4Use the hair dryer while scrubbing off the residue if the residue is stubborn.
