Its a common problem, faced by many users.A bit of troubleshooting is required. The 2 most common causes are faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor(power transistor. Both are located behind the right side of dash:
check for 12v to blower motor with fan setting on high. If present, then replace the blower motor. If not present, then replace the power transistor.
