From 1994 through 2002, Honda and Isuzu joined forces to create the first Honda SUV, the Isuzu-built Passport. In 2003, Honda replaced the mid-sized Passport with its Pilot a mid-sized crossover SUV based on the Odysseys platform. The 2006 Honda Pilot came standard with an AM-FM audio system and a CD player. It Pilot also had an optional cassette player available. Despite the complex appearance of the Pilots dashboard, replacing the radio is not overly difficult.
