The 2007 model year was an interesting one for the once legendary Ford Taurus. Ford eliminated the Taurus from its retail sales side after the 2006 model year but still offered it to large corporations as a part of its Fleet program. Thanks to its simple design and relatively few options, removing the passengers side door panel on the 2007 Taurus is a fairly straightforward procedure that nearly any do-it-yourself mechanic, even with limited tools, can perform.
