Rebuilding a 1991 Honda Accord transmission computer can be done with minimal cost. Symptoms may include the following: slipping of the automatic clutch, broken or unreliable speedometer and/or inability to shift gears. If you experience any or all of these symptoms, it is time to replace your transmission computer because of bad capacitors. Over time, capacitors may leak onto the transmission computer circuit board. This leakage causes the computer to fail.
