How to Remove a Stock S13 Seat Rail

The S13, also known as the Silvia, is a sports coupe manufactured by Nissan. The S13 Silvia was produced from 1989 to 1994. If you wish to install new seats or repair the old seats in your Nissan Silvia, you will need to remove the seat rails. Thankfully, they are only held in by a few bolts and can be easily removed with a hex wrench. It should only take you 10 minutes to remove the seat rails.

Instructions

Park the S13 and remove the keys from the ignition.

Move the seat back as far as it will go by pressing down on the adjustment lever and pushing it back.

Use a hex wrench to remove the two bolts from the seat rail.

Pull the seat rail out of the S13. If you wish to reinstall it, simply reverse the removal procedure.
