1) Login to your Facebook account and head over to https://www.facebook.com/videocalling, and press "Get Started".

2) Now the window will prompt you to select the person with whom you want to video chat, select any of your friend proceed further.

3) Now, a download should initiate in your browser, since this is the first time you are going to make a video call on Facebook you will have to download and install the plugin.

4) After the file has finished downloading, click on it and it should start downloading the Facebook video chat plugin on your computer.

5) After the download has finished the installer should close automatically and you can now make free video calls to your friends on Facebook from your browser by clicking on the video calling button on the chat window or from your friends profile page.
